A simple walk down Elkhorn Avenue is all it takes to start exploring the many ways to go shopping in Estes Park. There is a full gallery of window displays that are open for viewing here, featuring t-shirts, art, jewelry, sports equipment and all manner of gifts and collectibles. The procession stretches on: there are hundreds of stores to choose from across the town, which means you're almost sure to find the gift, souvenir or outdoor supplies you may be looking for. A few of the most popular locations are discussed here!

First up, Trendz at the Park showcases a wide variety of what Estes Park has to offer, including unique glass, wood and ceramic items made by local artists. A selection of home furnishings and other accessories is also in store. Next door you can find Granny Gingham, a treasure trove of cozy toys and decorations. Both are can be found at one end of the downtown Elkhorn shopping area, near the Historic Park Theater.

Head a few more blocks in this direction to find Brownfield's, another store that offers gifts, plus a selection of outdoor gear that will have you well prepared for the Rocky Mountain National Park. Kirks Flyshop, an angler's complete stop with guided tours and equipment to rent or own, is also in the vicinity. Together with the Estes Park Mountain Shop on the other side of Lake Estes, these stores can have you prepared for just about any outdoor adventure!

The many specialty shops on Elkhorn and these outfitters can easily have you prepared for the active parts of your next vacation and the return home. If you’re still wondering where you should go for groceries and other resources for the middle of your stay, rest assured, Estes Park has those too. In fact, Brynwood on the River puts you right by the mid-sized Country Supermarket, Spur 66 Liquor Store and Tiny Town 1 Stop, which is part of a Shell gas station. An even larger selection can be had at the Safeway, Buckwheat Organic Market or Schrader's Country Store, all located in town.

Estes Park shopping is a field wider than you may imagine: although this is a small town, you could almost dedicate an entire vacation to exploring our many stores' nooks and crannies--check out the town's official shopping guide for complete listings. Don't miss a chance to check out this exciting market for yourself!
