Deposit and Credit Policy
At times our guests are uncertain of the exact length of their proposed visit with us and accordingly make their reservations for a longer period of time than they actually use. As a result, we turn away other requests for cabins, motel and vacation homes that will cause them to remain vacant.

Due to this situation, Brynwood had instituted a policy under which people holding reservations with us will lose their deposit if dates are changed or if they arrive later than or depart prior to the dates indicated. When cancelling reservations you need to call, then follow up with a letter to assure your refund if you have one coming. A handling fee of 25% of the deposit is charged on ALL cancelled reservations. Refund of deposit, minus the cancellation fee, is guaranteed if 30 days notice is given. You are responsible for every night which you have reserved.

Balance is due on arrival. No personal checks at that time please, we accept Travelers Checks, Visa, MC, AE, and Discover to pay the balance. The last 2 days rent is required to insure your accommodations.

Other Information

• Check-In time is after 3:00 p.m. - Check-Out is 11:00 a.m.
• Pool Hours are 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• No pets in the units or on the property
• No smoking in the units or in the screened in porches
• Rates higher during Holidays and Special Events
• Each additional person is $10 a day (children 2 yrs. or older are extra persons)
• 5% discount for 7 days or more - "Off Season" only
• We are not responsible for inclement weather or family illness.
• Day guests must be cleared through the office.

Vacation Homes are in quiet neighborhoods around town, some are more secluded than others. We expect our guests to be respectful to the neighbors and not tresspass or cause any problems with noise or otherwise. Thanks for your consideration in this matter.

Pet Policy
We’re sorry, but we cannot accept pets in any of the Brynwood accommodations or on any Brynwood properties.  Please contact our office for information regarding the pet boarding establishments in Estes Park.  We would be happy to assist you in any way we can!
