Deposit and Credit Policy

We charge 2 nights deposit at the time you make your reservation with the remainder plus tax due upon arrival. No personal checks are accepted. We accept Travelers Checks, Visa, MC, AE, Discover and/or Cash to pay the balance due. You are responsible for all nights that you’ve reserved. A handling fee of 25% of the deposit is charged on ALL cancelled reservations. Refund of deposit, minus the cancellation fee, is guaranteed if 30 day notice is given.

Pet Policy

Although we at Brynwood love pets, we provide allergy free accommodations. Therefore, if we discover that a pet has been in one of our units there will be a $175.00 cleaning fee charged. Please contact our office regarding the pet boarding establishments in Estes Park. We would be happy to assist you in any way we can!

Other Information regarding our Rocky Mountain National Park cabins:

Check-In time is after 3:00 p.m. - Check-Out is 11:00 a.m.
Pool Hours are 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
No pets in the units or on the property
No smoking in the units or in the screened in porches
Rates higher during Holidays and Special Events
Each additional person is $10 a day (children 2 yrs. or older are extra persons)
5% discount for 7 days or more - "Off Season" only
We are not responsible for inclement weather or family illness.
Day guests must be cleared through the office.

Vacation Homes are in quiet neighborhoods around town, some are more secluded than others. We expect our Estes Park lodging guests to be respectful to the neighbors and not trespass or cause any problems with noise or otherwise. Thanks for your consideration in this matter.
