As you make your way into Estes Park, from HWY 36 (heading west) if you time it just right you will be met with incredible sunset views with the iconic sign in the forefront. You can safely pull over to the side of the road at the designated pullout and take a photo with the welcome sign and beautiful sunset behind you.
