Breweries & Wineries

Colorado has long been a favored home to breweries of all sizes and their fans: did you know that both the world's single largest brewery (Coors) and festival (Great American Beer Festival) are located here? It's a state that's also made thousands of successful microbreweries and regional craft brands possible: almost every town has one or two to call its own, and Estes Park is no exception! Discover some of the best beer and wine at our Estes Park breweries and wineries.

Featuring eleven styles from stout to pale ale, the Estes Park Brewery is our town's top source for hand-crafted beer. All can be had on tap or bottled, perfect for taking home. From the list, Stinger Wild Honey Wheat and Longs Peak Raspberry Wheat have led a poll on their site--not a bad place to start! The Brewery's full menu of burgers, sandwiches and salads, plus pool tables and video games make for a complete evening out. Best of all, they're located just a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk down the road from Brynwood on the River.

Thanks to the climate so many outdoor enthusiasts have enjoyed, visitors to Estes Park can also taste the fruits of Snowy Peaks Winery at their tasting room on 292 Moraine Avenue. These wines are produced in small enough batches that all are sold directly to the public at their location in Estes Park. Artisan-quality bourbon, rum, vodka and more can also be found at Dancing Pines Distillery on 207 Park Lane.

Fans of Estes Park brewing can also taste even more of Colorado's finest at town-sponsored festivals such as the Whiskey Warm-Up, the Autumn Gold Festival and the Fall Back Beer Festival, which coincides with Learn to Homebrew Day. These family-friendly events bring attendees and brewers together with live music and delicious foods for a fun and educational experience. Take a look at our events calendar or the town's official list of festivals for further details!

There's no pairing quite like an active day outdoors with a gourmet beer or wine to finish the evening, so it's also no wonder why Colorado has become one of the top sites for craft beers and microbreweries in the nation. Try some of them for yourself during your next stay with Brynwood on the River!
